Recommendation Letter:
Upon filling out the online application form, you must enter two referees and their contact information. When you submit your application, an email will automatically be sent to your referees (at the email address you provided) with a link to our online reference form. The referee will then fill out the form portion and attach a reference letter at the end. Please note that we only accept institutional and official email addresses – absolutely no references from Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and other email servers will be accepted.
An appropriate letter of recommendation is one written by an individual who can provide an assessment of the applicant's background and capabilities with respect to our department. An applicant currently registered in a graduate degree program, or who has recently completed a graduate degree program, must submit one letter of reference from his/her program supervisor.
